Spring is a lovely time of year. New life blooms. Animals have awakened from hibernation. It is a beautiful season. Although I am not a Spring or Summer lover, I planted seeds. I am watching the seeds grow and bloom.
As we have now said goodbye to Spring and welcome Summer, I wanted to share some of the beautiful experiences that I have enjoyed.

A RELAXING RETREAT | TIME TO CLEAR MY THOUGHTS
With such a blooming Spring, it was a perfect time to reconnect, relax, and enjoy the sisterhood with a group of lovely ladies. Meditation, sound baths, journaling, and grounding were the names of the game.
While attending this retreat, I found hygge, connection with others who were in need of releasing stress, connecting with the earth, and clearing my thoughts. It was time well spent giving myself self-love and care.
I am overjoyed with the beauty witnessed during this season. My Love, I cannot wait to see what beauty lies under the summer sun. So as we say goodbye to Spring, we welcome all that Summer will bring. I hope your summer is a bright one!
