As we have now said goodbye to Spring and welcome Summer, I wanted to share some of the beautiful experiences that I have enjoyed.

MAKE ME AVAILABLE | SILENCE THE NOISE TO HEAR HIS VOICE

Writing the guest article for Make Me Available was sweet. When Dawn reached out to me, I was elated! Sharing inspirational words is a joy. I was pushed out of my comfort zone when considering the message I wanted to share with MMA’s audience and I am happy it did!

A RELAXING RETREAT | TIME TO CLEAR MY THOUGHTS

With such a blooming Spring, it was a perfect time to reconnect, relax, and enjoy the sisterhood with a group of lovely ladies. Meditation, sound baths, journaling, and grounding were the names of the game.

While attending this retreat, I found hygge, connection with others who were in need of releasing stress, connecting with the earth, and clearing my thoughts. It was time well spent giving myself self-love and care.
